Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@pokecollector.shop.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contact@pokecollector.shop.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
